I had a great experience. I called and Zach answered all my questions so thoroughly I went ahead and ordered. The... process was so easy, he told me when I could expect delivery, but they called the next day ready to deliver. John was very good about keeping me advised about the delivery time and very quickly had me set up with my new mattress hauling the old one away.They could not have done it any better.Amazing to get great service these days!read more
